I didn't feel well today, so was surprised when Mike brought these home to me.  It touched me even more, when I found out Emily told him to "bring home flowers to Mommy, please".  When she knew I'd found out, she told me "Mommy, please give daddy all the credit."  We are 'so' blessed!

In Emily's History lesson today, we studied about pioneers & how they had to travel in covered wagons.  She had to draw 3 things that she would take if she moved to the West in a covered wagon.  I smiled when I saw that she drew her Lilly as her first choice. :)

We went out to eat & Emily ordered chicken.  When she saw this piece, she got the funniest look on her face & said "Mommy, I think they gave me the chicken's foot." :) She did not want to eat it! :)
